Welcome to the Alice Swim Team! AST, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, is a recreational summer competitive team offering high quality coaching and technique instruction for all ages and abilities. We operate under the TAAF (Texas Amateur Athletics Federation) rules and guidelines and swim in the Corpus Christi Summer Swim League.
The goal of our program is to provide every swimmer the opportunity to improve swimming skills and achieve success at his or her level of ability, from Novice to State and Nationals competitor, while having fun in the water and learning to love swimming as a lifelong sport.
We start our practices in May, swim 4-5 regular season meets in June, and wrap up with our Championship meets (Regionals, Corpus Christi City Championships, and State) in July. What better way to beat the Alice summer heat, get some exercise, and hang out with some great people too!
Registration for the 2023 Alice Swim Team will be held online from March 1st through April 28th. Tryouts for all NEW swimmers will at the Alice Multi Use Complex AKA The Natatorium, dates will be posted soon.
