Robert "Bobby" Pena for School Board Place 1

My name is Robert "Bobby" Pena. I'm the youngest son of the late Armando Pena Sr. and Delfina Alaniz Pena. I was born and raised in Alice Texas and am a proud graduate of Alice High School class of 1994. I am a small business owner here in Alice and have been in the radio and broadcasting business for over 25 years, where alongside my late brother Armando "Bob" Pena Jr, I have been honored to broadcast Alice Coyote sports for many years. I have been married to my wife Marisela Salas Pena for 17 years and we have a son Robert, 14, who is currently a freshman at Alice High School. Mari and I have been involved with multiple organizations in our community throughout the years such as the Boys and Girls club of Alice, Fiesta Amistad, Coyote Athletics, The Kidney Foundation, Saint Elizabeth church and school, The Alice High School Band and others. I am asking for your support for Alice School Board place 1. As a parent and former student at AISD, I feel that a better foundation for education is needed here in the beautiful city we call home. Our teachers need a full arsenal of resources to help our kids achieve their goals and I firmly believe our schools should have zero tolerance for bullying. I feel with my experience in business and my determination to make AISD a better learning environment for our kids I can be a strong contributing voice on the board. It starts in the home and our kids are the future. Let's not let them down! Please vote Robert "Bobby" Pena for Alice School Board. My family and I appreciate your support.
