Eduardo Trevino, also known as Eddie, was called into eternal rest on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on April 5, 1983, to his parents, Edward Herrera and Perla Trevino, in Alice, Texas. Eddie will be greatly missed by all who knew him and loved him.
Eddie had a long-time crush on his beautiful next door neighbor and would tell his family, “She is going to be my wife one day.” One day he got brave enough to knock on her door and after a short period of courting, they were married. He enjoyed listening to music, playing video games, doing crafts, fishing, and reading books. He was a great cook, and his specialty was Ribeye. His favorite holiday was Christmas as he loved to see his children eagerly opening their gifts. Eddie’s favorite pastime was being with family and playing with his children.
Eddie is proceeded in death by his mother, Perla Trevino; father, Edward Herrera; and grandpa, Guadalupe Herrera.
Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife of 14 years, Kimberly Ramirez; his children, Julie Herrera, Dominick Herrera, Mason Herrera, and Lexie Herrera; mom, Tina Herrera; brothers, Joshua Flores (Christian), Quinton Herrera, and Leo Herrera; sister, Renee Clarke; grandma, Lela Aguilar; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family; and dear friends.
