Luis H. Pacheco
Luis H. Pacheco- 88 years of age passed away on March 8, 2022, in a Corpus Christi Hospital. Luis worked for many years as a laborer in various farms around this area. He was born on May 31, 1933, in Orange Grove, Texas to Antonio and Dominga H. Pacheco. He enjoyed having his family together and spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, of whom he was married to for 60 years prior to her death, Flora Pacheco; one son, Rolando Pacheco; his brothers Jose, Pablo, Guadalupe, Antonio, and Julio; one sister, Tibursia Pacheco Mendez and two great grandsons, Jose Hernandez Jr. and Aaron Andrade.
Survivors include his six sons, Ricardo (Noelia) Pacheco of Agua Dulce, Texas, Luis (Mary) Pacheco of Robstown, Texas, Roberto (Nora) Martinez of Agua Dulce, Raul Pacheco of Alice, Reynaldo Pacheco of Agua Dulce, and Rene (Frances) Pacheco of Bishop, Texas; six daughters Maria (Mario) Torres of Dyersburg, Tn., Lupita (Epi) Cardona of Floresville, Texas, Flora (Felix) Garza of Bangs, Texas, Gloria (Pilar) Jacobo of Banquete, Texas, Carolina (Jaime) Espinoza of Alice, Texas and Sylvia (Randall) Diaz of Gatesville, Texas. Other survivors include 33 grandchildren, 78 great grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.
Family will receive friends and relatives at 5:00 P.M. on Friday, March 11, 2022, at Rosas Funeral Home with a Holy Rosary recited at 7:00 P.M. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, March 12, 2022, at St. Francis of Rome Catholic Church of Agua Dulce at 10 am. Burial will follow at the Roberson Collins Cemetery of Alice, Texas.
Pallbearers will be Ricardo Pacheco Jr. Andres Pacheco, Alejandro Espinoza, Anthony Pacheco, Eric Pacheco, Nick Pacheco, Roel Pacheco, John Diaz and Reynaldo Pacheco Jr.
