Co-owner of Jesse’s Roofing was arrested Wednesday, May 4. Inez Garza, 38 of Ben Bolt, was arrested for several warrants out of Jim Wells, Duval and Live Oak Counties.
According to Lt. Alan Gonzalez with the JWC Sheriff’s Office, Garza failed to work on homes and/or complete work on homes which residents had been paid for.
Garza was charged with theft of property.
She was booked into the JWC jail. She was released from JWC custody and turned over to the Duval County Sheriff’s Office.
Her bonds were $3,000 for Live Oak County, $5,000 for Duval County and was non-bondable for JWC.
