Consuelo G. “Connie” Dismang
Consuelo G. “Connie” Dismang 73 years of age went to be with the Lord on February 23, 2022, at her residence after a sudden illness. Connie as she was known to many was born August 13, 1948, in Zapata, Texas. She will be remembered for her heart of gold and her unselfish way of being a helping hand to those in need. If you were blessed to know her and call her your friend you know that she was genuine friend and hop along buddy, weather it was a quick trip to the maquinitas, Bingo or a doctor visit or a simple spare of the moment trip you could count with her to be there with you.
She was a great listener and very supportive to many of her children’s friends. Her positive outlook at life and her humble ways made her the lovable person she was.
When life itself gave her lemons, she made lemonade. Fly high to heaven and rest of your labors in paradise mom. You will forever be a part of our lives. We love you and never going to forget you Mom!
She was preceded in death by her mother, Antonia Leija, her father Delfino Guardiola, her husband Robert “Bob” Dismang, one son Allen Dismang; grandson Gilbert Hernandez and one brother Javier Guardiola.
Survivors include her daughter Dora Dismang of Freer, Texas, her sons William (Denice) Dismang of Midlothian, Texas Calvin (Raquel) Dismang of San Antonio, Texas and Allison Dismang of Portland, Texas, who was a granddaughter raised like a daughter. Other survivors include 18 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
Honoring her wishes there will be no services. Family asks to keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
