A bright sunny day helped kickoff the summer in Alice with an event at Lake Findley on Saturday, May 14.
The free event was hosted by the Alice Green Alliance and the City of Alice. Attendees took advantage of Kayak races, scavenger hunts, recycling education, fishing lessons, nature walk and more.
First responders, Texas A&M University – Kingsville Agricultural Department, Texas Game Warden were just a few of the participants that provided information on how to protect wildlife in the area.
