Louis James Joslin Jr. was called into eternal life on January 24, 2023, while resting in the arms of his father. He was born on November 10, 1997, to his parents, Louis James Sr and Priscilla Kay Joslin. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Louis enjoyed listening to music, playing video games, riding his Harley motorcycle, riding horses, lifting weights, caring for his niece Madelyn, and most of, all spending time with his family and friends.
Louis loved working alongside his father for Petroleum Producing Services. He graduated from Alice High School in 2016 where he was basketball player #14, and then attended Coastal Bend College where he received his Certification of Welder.
Louis is proceeded in death by his paternal grandfather, Oscar Joslin Sr; maternal grandfather, Marin Garcia Sr; great-grandmother, Jesusa Sanchez; Aunt, Diane Caballero; Uncles, William Max Joslin and Ronnie Lee Joslin; and cousin, Alfredo Ayala Jr.
Left behind to cherish his memories are his parents, Louis James Sr and Priscilla Kay Joslin; sisters, Cathy Lynn Joslin (Zachary) and Sarah Lee Joslin (Marcus); grandmothers, Eva Sandoval (Robert) and Lucia Z. Joslin; niece, Madelyn D. McCravy; nephew, Joseph L. James Pena; aunts, Janie Flores (William), Linda C. Ayala (Joe), Blanca Joslin, Lannette Garza (Leo), Roxane Joslin (Arturo), Elizabeth Crisman (Mike), Anna Joslin, Laura Joslin, and Joanne Joslin; uncles, Ramiro Garcia (Janie), Marin Garcia Jr, Oscar Joslin Jr (Sonia), Ruben Zuniga (Yolanda), Jimmy Joslin, and Danny Lara; and numerous cousins and extended family.
Pallbearers were Roland Pena, Christopher Rodriguez, Eli Cary, Tony Sosa, Adrian Ayala, and Andrew Ayala. Honorary pallbearer was Joseph Arredondo
