Mike Salamon Maldonado
San Diego, TX – Mike S. Maldonado, age 31, passed away early morning December 4, 2021. He was born June 16, 1990, in West Palm Beach, FL to Marcos Maldonado and Ann Felicita Smithwick. Mike was a hardworking, humble, and caring soul. He loved being with family, friends that became family, and his greatest love his daughter Miracle Grace. He will be dearly missed by his family, those that knew him, and the community of San Diego. Mike was presently employed with the San Diego Municipal water District
He is preceded in death by his mother, Ann Felicita Smithwick, sister, Carolina Maldonado Smithwick, daughter, Alizay Xena Maldonado, paternal grandparents Domingo Maldonado and Gregoria Manzares of San Diego, Texas and maternal grandparents Felix Smithwick of Alice, Texas and Herminia Smithwick also of Alice, Texas
Survivors include his baby girl; Miracle Grace Maldonado of Alice, Texas, His Father Marcos Maldonado of San Diego, Texas, one sister Victoria M. Campos (Jeffrey P.) of Mansfield, Texas, one brother Marcus Maldonado Jr (Alicia) of Benavides, Texas nieces Alina and Arina Campos, Mareleigh and Marlaynna Maldonado, and goddaughter Alyssa Pena.
Viewing will be held at10:00 A.M. Wednesday December 15, 2021, at Rosas Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. that same afternoon at the Rosas Funeral Home chapel. Burial will follow at the San Diego Cemetery.
