Elvidia C. Flores
Alice – Elvidia C. Flores, age 74, passed away August 29, 2021. She was born on May 1, 1947 to Merced and Josefa Cantu. She was raised in Alice, Texas. She was a wonderful wife, mother, aunt, grandmother, and sister. She will always be remembered for her kindness, love, and generosity.
Elvidia is preceded in death by her father & mother, Merced & Josefa Cantu; her brothers, Eduardo Cantu and Elizardo Cantu.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Lorenzo G. Flores III; her daughter, Annette Flores Masquifelt; her son, Lorenzo Flores IV (Bianca); her sister, Eliza Cantu; her brothers, Jesus “Bear” Cantu and Esequiel Cantu (Marta); grandchildren, Casey Masquifelt, Ruben E. Masquifelt, Chris Masquifelt (Lauren) and Ilianna N. Flores, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held for immediate family from 5pm-6pm and will open to family & friends from 6pm-9pm on Friday, September 17, 2021 at Seaside Funeral Home. A Rosary service will be held at 7pm that same evening at Seaside Funeral Home. A Mass will be celebrated at 10am on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at St. Cyril Methodius Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Seaside Memorial Park.
