Feliciano Garcia Jr.
Beeville – Feliciano Garcia Jr. “Chano” entered eternal rest September 7, 2021 in Beeville, Texas. He was born August 17, 1956 in Premont, Texas to Feliciano Garcia Sr. and Esmeralda Parras Garcia. Feliciano married the love of his life on July 5, 1975 and had two daughters. Feliciano worked in the pipeline industry for 38 years. He had a gift and love for building things which he made projects like ponds and gazebos. He also enjoyed the outdoors barbecuing and spending time with the family at the river. He will forever be remembered for his caring character, his devotion to his family, and his special bond with his grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Feliciano Garcia Sr. and Esmeralda Parras Garcia; and sister, Diamantina Longoria (the late Severiano).
He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Sylvia Garcia of Beeville; two daughters, Annette “Annie” Garcia of Beeville and Erica Lee Garcia (Israel III) of Orange Grove; one brother, Rodrigo “Roy” Garcia of Corpus Christi; sisters, Alicia Longoria (Hilario) of Falfurrias, Lucy Zuniga (Homer) of Falfurrias, Viola Benavides (Oscar) of Corpus Christi, and Mary Contreras of Corpus Christi; in laws, Severiano and Adelaida G. Sosa; brothers-in-law, Michael Andrew Sosa of Premont, Santiago Sosa of Premont, and Edward Lyn Sosa (Nelda) of Annaville; and sister-in-law, Sandra Gonzalez (Norberto) of Falfurrias; two grandchildren, Joshua Luke Alvarado and Evan James Garcia; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held Saturday, September 18, 2021 from 5 till 9 p.m. at Rosas Funeral Home Chapel with a prayer service to be held at 6 p.m. that evening. Services to conclude in the chapel.
